Georgia-Rae is the Founder of Common Ground – a strategic communicator and sustainability specialist who helps brands turn purpose into performance.
Whether partnering with the world’s largest FMCGs or purpose-led SMEs, Georgia-Rae kept encountering the same challenge: sustainability wasn’t spoken as a shared language across the business. It was well-intentioned but fragmented- handled differently by sales, marketing, and leadership, making alignment difficult and impact diluted.
With a background in communications and sustainability- and hands-on experience across business functions- Georgia-Rae found herself working at the intersections, translating purpose into performance and helping teams connect the dots between strategy, storytelling, and execution.
Common Ground was born from that space. It exists to help brands embed sustainability in ways that are commercially sharp, culturally relevant, and creatively inspiring.
Georgia-Rae’s work has shaped initiatives for global brands including PepsiCo, Tommee Tippee, Costa, Lindt, Armedangels and UGG, and her insights have been featured in The Times, Vogue Business, and The Guardian. She’s contributed to industry conversations at COP26 and Monaco Ocean Week, always championing sustainability as both a creative and commercial force.
